Adam Powell

Founder and trainer

Adam has been racing mountain bikes since 1994 and triathlon for several years. He started working in the fitness industry in 2000 and since then has worked with 100’s of athletes, clients, celebrities, managed fitness centres and gyms, luxury retreats in the UK and South Africa and Personal Training studios.

Adam is currently training for Xterra racing and looking to complete the Epic Legend challenge of Cape Epic, Trans Alps and The Pioneer mountain bike races.

John Speed

Sports nutritionist

John is our sports nutritionist and when not racing marathon mountain bike events works as a chef along and our head of nutrition. By being creative and working with food he helps educate our Ohana about what they are doing right and wrong with their nutrition.

For you to get the most from your nutrition each day simple changes can make a big difference to your performance and recovery, especially leading up to a race weekend.

Thom Corbett

Trainer

A former marine and keen triathlete. Thom has a great understanding of the training requirements needed to succeed in several sports. Having represented GB at age group and military championships Thom has a great understanding of what’s needed to improve your performance.

Simon Keele

Trainer and nutritionist

Simon and Adam have been working together for several years in the fitness industry and loved the idea of Mission Tri from day one. A keen triathlete, he completed his first tin man (half Ironman distance) in June 2019 and then went on to complete the Three Peaks challenge a few weeks later.
